Construction Sales Trainee Apply Now!

Position: Construction Sales Trainee

We’re looking for motivated roofing sales reps and trainees ready to grow fast and earn big. Apply now — interviews are happening immediately!

Responsibilities

  • Canvass local neighborhoods to identify homes with potential storm damage
  • Perform simple roof inspections (full training provided)
  • Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
  • Complete basic paperwork and documentation

Requirements:

  • Roofing sales experience OR experience in another sales role (we provide full industry training)
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Position Offer:

  • $100K to $250K per year (top reps exceed this!)
