What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Canvass local neighborhoods and identify homes with possible storm-related damage
  • Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
  • Educate homeowners on the restoration and insurance process
  • Build relationships and communicate professionally with homeowners
  • Complete basic paperwork and documentation
  • Represent the company professionally in the field

What We’re Looking For:

  • Roofing sales experience or experience in another sales role is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability and willingness to climb roofs safely as part of inspections and job responsibilities
  • Reliable transportation preferred
