What You’ll Be Doing:
- Canvass local neighborhoods and identify homes with possible storm-related damage
- Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
- Educate homeowners on the restoration and insurance process
- Build relationships and communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete basic paperwork and documentation
- Represent the company professionally in the field
What We’re Looking For:
- Roofing sales experience or experience in another sales role is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability and willingness to climb roofs safely as part of inspections and job responsibilities
- Reliable transportation preferred
