Position: Field Sales Development Associate (Sales Rep)

We’re looking for motivated and outgoing sales professionals who want to build a high-income career. No roofing sales experience required!

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof storm damage
• Perform basic roof inspections | Training provided!
• Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
• Set appointments and help close sales

Requirements

• Previous Sales Experience (roofing sales is highly preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people
• Willing to learn and stay motivated
• Able to climb a ladder for inspections
• Reliable transportation (car or truck)

Compensation:

• $150,000 – $350,000 per year earning potential
• Full training provided
