Outside Sales Rep (Roofing)

Join a growing roofing company and get paid what you're worth. We're hiring motivated sales professionals to generate leads, inspect roofs, and close sales with homeowners — no roofing experience required, we'll train you.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads from homes with damaged roofing
  • Conduct professional roof inspections
  • Present solutions and close sales with homeowners

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience preferred (solar, home security, home improvement, or roofing sales a plus)
  • Self-motivated and coachable — full training provided
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with commission-based pay
