Roofing Industry Sales Associate (Training Provided)

Position: Roofing Industry Sales Associate

We are seeking motivated, outgoing sales professionals who are ready to build a high-income career in roofing sales. No prior roofing experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads in the field

  • Canvass and Identify homes with roofing damage

  • Inspect roofs (training provided)

  • Present roofing options and close sales

Requirements

  • Roofing sales experience preferred or looking to be a trainee

  • Comfortable talking to homeowners

  • Motivated and dependable

Compensation

  • $100,000-$250,000 per year

  • Full Training
