Position: Roofing Sales Rep

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Generate and follow up on leads from homes with damaged or aging roofs
- Conduct on-site roof inspections
- Present solutions and close sales with homeowners
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Prior sales experience preferred — home improvement background a plus (solar, home security, roofing, etc.)
- No roofing experience required — we'll train the right candidate
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working commission-based pay
- Strong communication and people skills
