Roofing Sales Trainee - Earn $100K–$250K/Year

No roofing experience? No problem. We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Trainees. You'll get full hands-on training in lead generation, roof inspections, and sales — and the earning potential to match your effort.

What You'll Learn & Do:

  • How to identify and generate leads from homes with roof damage

  • Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (retail, home improvement, etc.) — but not required
