Sales Associate Trainee

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Associate Trainees. No roofing background or industry experience is required — we’re looking for people with a strong attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow.

This position offers a chance to gain hands-on field experience while learning communication, outreach, and customer interaction skills in a supportive environment.

About the Role:

As a Sales Associate Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced team members and receive hands-on training while learning the day-to-day aspects of community outreach and field operations. You’ll interact with homeowners, build communication skills, and develop experience that can open doors to long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit residential neighborhoods and engage with homeowners
  • Identify homes that may benefit from roofing evaluations after weather-related events
  • Perform introductory roof assessments with full training provided
  • Educate homeowners about restoration and insurance-related processes
  • Maintain accurate activity updates and basic documentation
  • Represent the company professionally during community interactions

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous roofing sales experience or experience in another customer-facing or sales role is a plus
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Reliable transportation preferred
