Position: Sales Representative

If you're outgoing, driven, and ready to build a rewarding career in sales, we'd love to talk to you. You don't need roofing experience to get started. What matters most is your willingness to learn, connect with people, and put in the effort. We'll show you the process, provide ongoing support, and help you achieve your earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof storm damage
  • Perform basic roof inspections | Training provided!
  • Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
  • Set appointments and help close sales

Requirements

  • Previous Sales Experience (roofing sales is highly preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people
  • Willing to learn and stay motivated
  • Able to climb a ladder for inspections
  • Reliable transportation (car or truck)

Compensation:

  • $150,000 – $350,000 per year earning potential
  • Full training provided
